sairro is operated by Hoot Enterprises. By using sairro, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them — they're short.

1. What sairro is

sairro is a price-comparison and discovery tool. It shows you an estimated final price across airlines and travel portals after accounting for offers tied to your selected payment methods. sairro is not a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. sairro does not sell tickets, does not process payments, and does not handle your booking at any point.

2. Prices and offers are reference, not final

Prices and offers shown on sairro are for reference and can change before checkout. Always confirm the final price on the actual booking portal before paying. Offer eligibility depends on your payment method, bank, timing, and the portal's own terms — sairro makes real, ongoing efforts to match these accurately, but cannot guarantee that every offer shown will apply exactly as displayed at checkout.

3. No booking relationship

When you click "Book with [portal]," you leave sairro and are redirected to that portal's own website. Your booking, payment, and any dispute that may arise is solely between you and that portal or airline. sairro is not a party to that transaction and holds no responsibility for it.

4. Accuracy of information

sairro aggregates pricing and offer data from third-party sources, including flight search data providers and the portals' own published offers. We make reasonable efforts to keep this current and accurate, but flight prices, seat availability, and bank offers can change quickly and without notice on the underlying portals — sairro cannot guarantee real-time accuracy or availability at every moment.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse sairro — this includes attempting to scrape, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service outside of normal use.

6. Intellectual property

The sairro name, logo, and site content belong to Hoot Enterprises. Airline, portal, and bank names/logos referenced on sairro belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe real offers and routes.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

sairro is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoot Enterprises is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on prices or offers displayed on sairro, or from your dealings with any third-party booking portal, airline, or bank.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
