sairro is operated by Hoot Enterprises. This page explains what information sairro collects when you use it, why, and what choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate, because the whole point of sairro is being straightforward about things that are usually hidden.

1. What sairro is

sairro helps you find the true final price of a flight after accounting for offers tied to how you pay. You search a route, optionally tell us which cards, UPI apps or wallets you have, and we show you prices across several travel portals with the relevant offers already applied. Booking itself always happens on the portal you choose — never on sairro.

2. Information we collect

Search details. Origin, destination, dates, cabin class, and passenger count you enter — used only to fetch and price flight results for that search.

Payment method preferences. Which banks, card types, UPI apps or wallets you select, so we can match you against live offers. This is stored only in your own browser (there's no sairro account, and nothing is saved to a server-side profile tied to your identity) and is included with each search so we can compute your final price. You can clear it at any time from the payment picker inside the app.

We never collect actual payment credentials. sairro does not ask for, receive, or store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or bank account details at any point. Real payment information is always entered directly on the booking portal you're redirected to, never on sairro.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used — things like which pages get visited, which actions people take (e.g. starting a search, adding a payment method), and general technical details like device/browser type and approximate location from IP address. This uses cookies; see the Cookies section below.

Technical/server logs. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may retain standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamps) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, consistent with their own standard practices.

3. How we use this information

To run your flight search, match it against live offers, and show you an accurate final price. To understand traffic and usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Sharing your information

Your route, dates, and passenger count are shared with a third-party flight search data provider to retrieve live flight results for your search.

Booking portals you're redirected to (such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Cleartrip, Yatra, EaseMyTrip, or Ixigo) — sairro has no partnership, integration, or business relationship with these portals. We independently gather publicly available pricing and offer information from them, and when you click "Book with X," you simply leave sairro and land on that portal's own public website to complete your booking there. From that point, their own privacy policy applies, not ours.

5. Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics for the usage analytics described above. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or clear cookies through your browser's own settings at any time.

6. Data retention

Your saved payment method preferences live only in your browser's local storage — they stay until you clear them yourself or clear your browser's site data. We don't maintain a server-side account or profile for you to retain data against.

7. Your choices

Clear your saved payment methods any time from the payment picker in the app. Block or clear cookies through your browser settings. Reach out to us with any question or request at the email below.

8. Children

sairro isn't directed at, or intended for use by, children under 18, given the financial and travel-booking context involved.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
